  • Individual Therapy

    I recognize that we all come into therapy with unique histories and I aim to help clients understand how our backgrounds can impact the lense in which we see the world. I pull from my background in mindfulness, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to create a holistic approach. Together, we can create a narrative that best fits your current values and intentions.

  • Perinatal Mental Health

    Whether you are considering starting a family, pregnant, postpartum or dealing with the challenges of parenting, I am here to support you. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and am familiar with the unique challenges that come with pregnancy and parenting.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

    This evidence based modality can be used for the treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression symptoms. Together, we will identify triggers in your past, present or future and use bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) to change the way a memory is stored in the brain.

  • Relationship Therapy

    Our relationships are essential to our mental health and wellbeing. I believe that how we engage with our partners, friends, families, children, and coworkers all comes down to our relationship with ourselves. I use an attachment lens to help you bring awareness to your reactions to conflict. Using mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness tools we can work together to help you show up as your best self in your relationships.
